  • Map and analyze key beverage markets across multiple continents.
  • Examine competitor activities, sales trends, and market shares.
  • Define optimal pricing strategies by region.
Export Strategy & Execution
  • Oversee end-to-end export operations with a hands-on approach.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs.
  • Build cost-efficient logistics solutions and streamline distribution.
Route-to-Market Development
  • Design entry models tailored to regional needs.
  • Initiate and negotiate distributorship and partnership agreements.
  • Build and maintain a strong international sales network.
Business Growth & Delivery
  • Spot new commercial opportunities and open up fresh sales channels.
  • Lead international business projects from planning to delivery.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals.
Reporting & Optimization
  • Report regularly to senior stakeholders on performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Use KPIs to track progress and guide decision-making.
What You'll Bring
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of export management experience in FMCG (preferably in beverages).
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are an asset.
  • Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, and export-related digital tools (ERP etc.).
  • Availability for frequent international travel.
