We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a meticulous approach to financial operations and a deep understanding of accounting and tax regulations. If you have a solid background in accounting and are ready to take on a leadership role within our dynamic finance department, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily cash flows, ensuring optimal liquidity and efficient fund utilization.
Oversee accounts receivable (AR) performance to drive timely cash application and collections.
Lead the development and management of accounts payable (AP) payment plans to maintain efficient cash outflows.
Review and ensure the accuracy of all journal, tax, and adjustment entries, with proficiency in both IFRS and US GAAP.
Coordinate and manage the annual audit process and collaborate with external accounting providers on various financial projects.

Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in tax and accounting.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting.
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) and proficiency in MS Office and Power BI.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum B2/C1).
Commitment: The ability to work from our Kağıthane office 2-3 days per week.
