Component and Spare Parts Order Engineer

• Manage project processes, including offer preparation, order handling, and manufacturing, for MV & LV spare parts.
• Develop, track, and manage the component sales plan (offers & orders).
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal factory teams.
• Work closely with engineering and proposal departments.
• Maintain strong communication with Siemens regional companies.
• Assess process risks and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure all project and order processes align with factory standards.
• Follow up on offers with regional offices and customers.
• Adhere to Siemens Production System principles.

• University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience, preferably in the switchgear business.
• Advanced level of English; German is a plus.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Switchgear technology.
• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
