Accounting Manager

Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring compliance with USGAAP, Capital Market Board (CMB) and VUK standards.
Prepare and review financial statements and reports in accordance with Turkish GAAP (VUK) and CMB while liaising with auditors and tax authorities.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain financial accuracy.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional growth and strengthening collaboration with other departments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; SMMM certification is required.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of USGAAP, Turkish GAAP (VUK), CMB and local tax regulations.
Proficiency in SAP and advanced MS Excel skills for financial reporting and analysis.
Experience in an international company, preferably proficient in English, with strong analytical and leadership skills.
