Job DescriptionAbout the PositionWe have an excellent opportunity available for a Trade Marketing Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You’ll be working in a high-performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The management of trade spend and execution of plans will be your primary responsibility. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within Turkey.Key ResponsibilitiesBeing responsible for all our sales channels and our entire product portfolio in TurkeyDevelop and execute trade marketing plans that align with Kraft Heinz's commercial objectives and marketing strategyCraft compelling promotional campaigns and in-store activations that capture customer attention and drive salesResponsibility for periodic distributor performance reports and monthly review meetingsCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Brand Marketing, and Supply Chain teams in the development of annual channel-based plans, Portfolio, Pricing, and Planogram managementDesign ideal Perfect Store criteria to maximize product visibility and sales potential within Retail and Away Home outletsLead the execution of merchandising strategies by managing and motivating the merchandising teamCoordinating execution of marketing activities on the ground and new product development (NPD) implementation whilst maintaining close communication and alignment between sales and marketingWhat you bringBachelor or Master’s Degree from a reputable universityExperience of 2-3 years in trade marketing, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs and total experience in Sales at least 5-6 years strongly desiredPreferable prior work experience in a FMCG environmentA strong command of English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectivelyA high degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to the use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, MS ExcelAbout UsThe Kraft Heinz Company is one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world, with eight $1 billion+ brands and global sales of approximately $25 billion.
