In addition to challenging and satisfying work, you will also have the chance to give back to your community, make a positive impact on the environment, and find the support, coaching, and training it takes to build a solid career.Deloitte Turkey Strategy, Risk & Transactions team is currently seeking Associates/Senior Associates for its M&A Transaction Services team to perform mainly Financial Due Diligence work.QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Engineering,
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Science (MSc) is considered an asset,
Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in a financial advisory firm, M&A house or one of the Big 4 accounting firms (audit or transaction services team),
Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral, specifically business writing aptitude,
Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint,
Ability to analyze large volumes of data,
Capable of working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment either independently or within a team dynamic,
Ability to produce quality work project with an attention to detail,
Ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving skills,
Willingness to travel

DESCRIPTION:

Participate in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements,
Assist the managers & partners in the interface with senior executives of clients and target companies,
Analyze data utilizing Excel to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends of the target company, and report quality of earnings, working capital considerations, potential liabilities and risks that will impact purchase price and negotiations,
Actively participates in key learning and development opportunities for his/her level
Understands objectives and desired outcomes for assigned areas of responsibility and sets personal goals accordingly
Compose and tailor financial due diligence reports, in PowerPoint, specific to the key issues of the target company,
Efficiently interact with the other advisors,
Assist the preparation of proposals
Engages with others to build relationships and develop a network
