A Night Manager is responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Provide consistent and superior service, and maintain high service standards
- Represent the Hotel and the management at night with full authority
- Prepare the night reports in full
- Write the Night Manager Log book
- Inform the GM/HM in case of emergencies
- Do the last check of night reservations and make the decisions accordingly
- Make the security related decisions at night
- Tour the hotel at night regularly
- Deal with guest complaints
- Keep sales high continuously
- Ensure all the Front Office team works in harmony at night shift
- Ensure that the data received from the guest is entered into the Information systems full and free of any error
- Be fully competent to provide sustainable guest satisfaction
- Ensure the organization and work flow of Reception Desk, Guest Service and Concierge so that they work in coordination with minimum errors

- 2 years' experience in previous role as a senior supervisor or Duty Manager in a similar quality hotel
- Turkish as a native language and excellent command of English
- IT Proficiency. OnQ knowledge is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety and security procedures
- Excellent leadership skills and exceptional communication skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
- Possess strong commercial acumen, with experience in increasing profitability in a tight market sector
