Bachelor degree in accounting and finance or related fields
At least 3 years of experience in accounting, tax and financial management
Strong knowledge of tax compliance requirements
Experience building and analyzing reports, budgets, cash flows and business plan.
Excel modelling skills.
Strong level of English both spoken and written.
Very independent, proactive and problem-solving oriented
Very prone to collaboration (this is an international company and the role requires collaboration with the parent company)
Critical thinking
Analytical and attention to detail
Hard work and strong ethics

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage the daily accounting and tax obligations of the company
Support on the payroll processes and obligations
Prepare the financial statements and tax fillings in accordance with local regulation
Prepare financial and control reports to support local management and parent company
Manage the cash needs of the company and its relationship with suppliers, clients and banks
Budgeting and forecasting
Participate in audit processes.
Foster a culture of accountability, control, and continuous improvement within the finance&tax realm.
