- Bachelor degree in accounting and finance or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting, tax and financial management
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance requirements
- Experience building and analyzing reports, budgets, cash flows and business plan.
- Excel modelling skills.
- Strong level of English both spoken and written.
- Very independent, proactive and problem-solving oriented
- Very prone to collaboration (this is an international company and the role requires collaboration with the parent company)

- Manage the daily accounting and tax obligations of the company
- Support on the payroll processes and obligations
- Prepare the financial statements and tax fillings in accordance with local regulation
- Prepare financial and control reports to support local management and parent company
- Manage the cash needs of the company and its relationship with suppliers, clients and banks
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Participate in audit processes.
- Foster a culture of accountability, control, and continuous improvement within the finance&tax realm.
