- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or other relevant Engineering disciplines,
- Experience in key account management within the automotive industry,
- Preferably with technical sales experience in the steel sector or other industrial product groups,
- Advanced level of English,
- Willingness and ability to travel,
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach,
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships,
- Comfortable working in dynamic and flexible environments.
- Managing the technical and commercial processes of automotive customers,
- Providing technical support based on customer needs and offering tailored solutions,
- Supporting sales operations and processes when necessary,
- Collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction,
- Conducting field visits to strengthen customer relations and analyze needs on-site.
