HR Team Lead

Responsibilities:

Communicate, facilitate and support HR programs and company-wide activities
Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
Provide pragmatic and consistent guidance and advice to the Management Team in all areas of HR
Maintaining, updating, reviewing and revising HR policies
Design, coordinate, organize and evaluate training programs for employees and managers
Set standards for ethics, values and company culture
Creating skills matrices of blue and white collar employees
Designing career management processes for blue and white collar employees
Managing relations with other factories abroad
Supporting white-collar hiring processes
