- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance senior leaders, including visa, travel, logistics and meeting arrangements, and relocation
- Coordination of management/functional meetings, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management
- Maintain continuous engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across the respective function
- Provide functional support to P&O, particularly in employee engagement events, projects and activities
- Proven ability to manage projects and events, strong planning and organization skills and ability to coordinate tasks independently
- Proficient in conveying information clearly and concisely to facilitate collaboration with stakeholders
- Skilled in identifying issues and implementing solutions when necessary
- Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring continuous collaboration and alignment with business goals
- Proactive internal and external stakeholder management skills – at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure as occasional tight deadlines might occur requiring certain levels of flexibility
- Can do attitude, high flexibility to ever changing business dynamics
- Discretion regarding sensitive/confidential information
- Solid project management skills coupled with an ability to independently prioritise own tasks by taking initiatives on a daily basis
