- Hands-on experience with at least one of the statistical analysis software such as SPSS, STATA, R, or Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and database management
- Advanced English language skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Ability to work with large datasets and proficiency in data cleaning processes
- Strong reporting and presentation skills; advanced analytical thinking ability
- Team-oriented, sensitive to human rights and migration issues
- Preferably experienced in migration, demography, field research, or social projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
- Patient, eager to learn, and support-oriented
- Effective listening and evaluation skills
- Willing and able to travel within Türkiye.
