For our client, a sports wear and apparel brand that has been operating for more than 50 years across over 30 countries,we are looking for a Senior IT Specialist who will manage the IT infrastructure of the Türkiye Office. This role will independently oversee the company's IT operations in Türkiye, coordinate with central teams, and provide daily technical support services.Key Responsibilities:

Establish, manage, and maintain the IT infrastructure of the Türkiye Office
Manage the company's system and network infrastructure, ensure security, and maintain operational continuity
Provide user support (Helpdesk) to resolve employees' software, hardware, and system issues
Work in coordination with global IT teams to integrate with international systems
Identify internal hardware and software needs and manage procurement processes
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols
Organize user training sessions to increase IT awareness
Perform data backup and implement cybersecurity measures
Monitor and support ERP, CRM, and other business software systems
Responsible for consolidation report and any other IT related communication to the global head-quarter

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT (preferably in retail or FMCG industries)
Knowledge in system and network management, server setups, hardware and software integration
Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, Firewalls
Experience in network security and cybersecurity
Basic software and database management knowledge
Knowledge of cloud systems (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Experience working with ERP and CRM systems
ITIL or similar certification
Advanced or fluent English level (prefered to have a high score in Proficient English Tests like TOEIC, TOEFL)
