- Understand and align with company priorities by developing a comprehensive periodic action plan and executing it effectively within the designated area of responsibility to achieve sales targets
- Follow and implement monthly company priorities with planned resources
- Execute the Picture of Success framework across all sales points
- Achieve daily sales call targets while practicing Features, Advantages, and Benefits (FAB) selling techniques for success
- Ensuring the achievement of business objectives by overseeing distributors and their sales representatives, while delivering all essential sales, operational and customer management activities to all customers
- Utilize relevant sources of information to assess the sales potential of your assigned area. Generate leads and make timely sales interviews to achieve the maximum potential of the area
- Manage distributors within the area of responsibility to ensure sales targets are met while optimizing resources and maintaining the desired level of stock
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the distributors' sales force in alignment with company targets through daily and weekly performance tracking
- Bachelor's or master's degree
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (Out of Home experience will be a significant advantage)
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage distributors effectively
- Strong understanding of all sales functions, including Customer Care and commercial Development, customer relations and field operations, with experience in managing a field sales team
- A valid driving license is required
- No travel restriction
- Fluent in English (Both speaking and writing)
