People Services Specialist - Turkey & LevantThe role has the overall accountability of the end-to-end People Services - Operations is to deliver best-in-class service to Employees and to partner with relevant business representatives across the Turkey & Levant organization to ensure sustainable processes.The People Services Specialist reports to the Head of People Services Eurasia.In addition to this oriented role within the company the People Services Specialist ensures all administrative management of the employees.Key ResponsibilitiesThe purpose of People Services Specialist is to ensure that:Ensure smooth process for On-boarding and Off-boardingEnsure smooth process of all Job changesEnsure smooth process of all new recruits are created on Workday timelyFollow up all KPIs for People Services tasksEnsure all the all data is kept up to-date in the Workday systemEnsure accurate payroll input is sent timely to the payroll departmentLegal payment requests follow upConducting expatriate transactionsSupporting benefits transactions (Medical plan, lunch ticket etc)Managing employee reward platformSupporting personnel administration tasks such as employment certificate, visa documents demands etc. when neededManaging Workday master dataAct as point of contact for between internal and external clientsHandle requests and queries appropriatelyEnsure business partnering and support to People and Culture and the affiliateEnsure compliance is respectedManage employee self-service platform locally in collaboration with People and Culture teamRequirements:Very good understanding of relevant People & Culture topicsFluent in English and Turkish in both speaking and writingSolid communications skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationTeam spiritSound administration skillsProviding timely and efficient support to People Services, People & Culture, line managers and employeesPersonality with strong delivery skills and focused on resultsAdapt to changeWilling to learn and share knowledgeAgilityHighly focused, proactive, results orientated and self driven.Able to use initiative within the framework of the position & its level of authority ; knows when to refer decisions to a more senior level.Develops good working relationships within the company, as is approachable; demonstrates intercultural adaptability and sensitivity.Shows integrity, tenacity, resilience and adaptability in a changing environment; is able to prioritize work according to importance & level of urgency; is able to work under pressure and commit to and respect deadlinesTerms of EmploymentThis full-time position does not have people management responsibility.LocationIstanbulAt Sanofi diversity and inclusion is foundational to how we operate and embedded in our Core Values.
