- Deliver engaging product training during team calls and in-person sessions.
- Develop and maintain enablement materials (e.g., playbooks, battle cards, demo scripts).
- Ensure all partner sales reps meet product knowledge standards before selling AutoCheck.
- Support new product launches with training on features, positioning, and objection handling.
- Travel in-market with partner sales teams at least 50% of the time.
- Join sales calls and meetings to provide product expertise and strategic guidance.
- Be available for escalations and complex deal support as needed.
- Assist in solution design and proposal development to align with customer needs.
- Act as a feedback loop between the field and internal teams (Product, Marketing, Sales).
- Share market insights and customer feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategies.
- Stay current on product roadmap, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Track and report on enablement KPIs (e.g., ramp time, win rates, training completion).
- Identify knowledge gaps and continuously refine training programs.
- Leverage LMS and enablement platforms to manage and measure training impact.
- You will report to Sales Leadership VP
- 5+ years in customer-facing roles (Sales Enablement, Sales Engineering, Product Management, or Solutions Consulting).
- Understanding of the automotive dealership marketplace.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills-able to simplify complex topics.
- Experience connecting customer needs with technical solutions.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, LMS platforms).
