ResponsibilitiesPerfetti Van Melle is one of the world's largest manufacturers and distributors of confectionery and chewing gum. We create imaginative products and brands that are enjoyed in over 150 countries and includes brands such as Vivident, Mentos, and Chupa Chups operating in the Food / Fast Consumption sector.We are now looking for Distributor Sales Executive (Kayseri based, who will be responsible for the provinces of Kırşehir, Kayseri, Yozgat, Sivas and Tokat) who will be performing for enhancing our world leadership in confectionary by creating value for customers through innovative gratifying high-quality products, by reporting Field Sales Manager.

Responsible for following-up the distributor sales performance by implementing strategic relation management and creating effective solutions for stakeholders needs
Take lead for the realization of the sales targets of the distributor
Monitors the stocks of the distributors on product basis, proposes promotions within the limits given to it and coordinates its implementation and ensure stock availability by relying on metrics
Ensure Distributors comply with PVM standards while growing at the same time

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in related fields
Driving License (B)
At least intermediate in spoken and written English
Proven experience and background for distributor sales management
Collaborative style & result-oriented
Management presence, excellent communication and presentation skills
At least 3 years of experience in Distributor Sales Management roles with a proven track record
Well evidenced leadership and influencing skills and the ability to influence a complex multi-functional matrix as well as leading stakeholders management
