- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, placement, shipment, and returns.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory through regular stock counts and system tracking.
- Coordinate with logistics and other teams to support smooth internal workflows and transport planning.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in line with HSE standards.
- Identify improvement areas in operations and contribute to process efficiency.
- Perform accurate data entry and reporting using SAP, ERP, or similar systems.
- Support field operations and respond to customer-related operational needs when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics-related roles.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms (e.g., SAP), and Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel).
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate within the company and with external partners.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to track, analyze, and resolve operational discrepancies.
- Skilled in time management, prioritization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proactive in identifying process bottlenecks and proposing practical solutions.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to support cross-functional operations.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments with changing priorities and operational demands.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including standing for long periods and performing physical tasks when needed.
