- Coordinate and manage daily administrative functions of the Food and Beverage department
- Maintain accurate records of staff training, certifications, and departmental documentation
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and organizing onboarding and ongoing training for Food and Beverage Team Members
- Communicate effectively with outlet managers to collect updates and relay key information
- Ensure compliance with Hilton policies and local regulations regarding documentation and training
- Support department meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Assist with procurement requests, inventory documentation, and expense tracking
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment through clear communication and supportive coordination
- Previous experience in an administrative, training, or coordination role (preferably in hospitality)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Experience in a Food and Beverage or hotel environment
- Knowledge of Hilton brand standards and training platforms
- Familiarity with HR or Learning Management Systems (LMS)
