- Owns and manages full project life cycle from requirement definition, planning, implementation to successful delivery
- Defines projects plans and sets up the project organization
- Performs risk assessment, management including mitigation
- Defines and manages scope of projects, goals and deliverables
- Performs change management to keep project plan accurate and updated
- Monitors cost, schedule, resource availability, technical performance of projects to ensure success
- Manages the stakeholders by setting proper expectations and reporting about progress, problems, solutions
- Manages project budget and finances by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables
- Creates and maintains project documentation
- Understanding both HQ products/processes and market specifics in detail, consulting market for development of local processes, ensuring the know-how transfer between different parties
- Experience in IT Project Management in an international setting or as a Business Analyst is an asset
- Experience on specific project types such as cybersecurity, international rollout, e-commerce, digital product / software development, SAP projects and others is an asset
- Knowledge of agile methodology, frameworks and tools like JIRA, SCRUM, KANBAN etc.
- Degree with focus on engineering, business administration, economics, international management or comparable education
- Fluent in English, German is an asset
- Work experience min. 3 years in an international company
