AçıklamaWe are looking for a “CFO” our client who is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions, and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will provide strategic financial direction and ensure compliance with internal and external financial reporting requirements. You will advise senior management on a variety of financial issues, ensuring timely and accurate accounting and reporting in accordance with Finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Sarbanes-Oxley rules, as well as local GAAP and tax regulations.Essential Functions:Financial Leadership: Lead the financial reporting integrity and accuracy for the unit or country, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.Team Management: Oversee staff management in line with organizational policies and applicable legislation. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; guiding professional development; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing employee relations issues; and resolving problems. Approve actions on human resources matters, including salary administration.Resource Management: Effectively manage team resources and delegate tasks according to skill levels. Regularly evaluate workload and quality through reviews.Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the implementation of Finance strategy on a regional, country, division, or unit basis. Ensure staff have a consistent understanding and positive impression of business strategy.Strategic Initiatives: Participate in the implementation of strategic initiatives and plans.Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Analyze and review financial statements and supporting schedules.Forecasting and Budgeting: Prepare and present formal forecasts and budgets based on guidelines from Corporate Finance. Monitor performance against forecast and budget goals; conduct related analyses; explain significant variances; and determine financial strategies to meet financial goals.Audit Coordination: Coordinate preparation for financial, tax, and related audits (internal, external, and financial authority).Policy Compliance: Establish and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.Insurance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local country and corporate statutory insurance requirements, including Errors and Omissions liability, property and casualty liability, and risk management.Policy Development: Direct financial reporting and other policy development/integration of new corporate initiatives.Tax Monitoring: Monitor corporate income, sales and use, property, payroll, and benefit taxes. Plan tax return preparation and compliance.Payroll Management: Oversee and manage the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions. Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations and internal policies.Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors. Ensure that contracts are negotiated, vendor performance is managed, and timely payment and compliance with contractual terms are maintained.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree required.Minimum of 15 years experience in accounting, including 3 years of line management experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong analytical and numeracy skills.Strong problem-solving skills.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Strategic thinker.Solutions-oriented and pragmatic, with a drive to deliver timely solutions.Exceptional stakeholder management skills, adept at fostering and maintaining robust relationships with key stakeholders.Ability to lead, influence, and motivate others.Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and establish effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients.Proficient in English at an advanced level.CPA - Certified Public Accountant qualification
