  • Ensure accurate implementation of accounting policies and procedures in line with ABB and local regulations
  • Perform monthly trial balance reviews, VAT return submissions, and support tax declarations and documentation
  • Conduct quality checks on financial reports, analyze variances, and coordinate with auditors for accounting issues
  • Investigate and reconcile transactions, assist in audit processes, and support daily accounting operations
Qualifications
  • 5–9 years of experience in Accounting (R2R), GL, SAP; preferably in shared services or manufacturing, with strong Turkish GAAP and tax knowledge
  • Expertise in Fixed Asset accounting and advanced analytical skills in SAP and Excel for complex transactions
  • Proficient in SAP, CFIN, and MS Office; adaptable to change and fast-paced environments
  • CPA internship or license preferred; Bachelor’s/MBA in Accounting, Finance, or Tax; fluent in Turkish and English with strong communication skills
