- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in luxury hotel group sales / MICE.
- Proven international network within luxury travel, DMCs, and event planning communities.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong understanding of luxury guest expectations, revenue management, and contracting processes.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in representing a distinctive lifestyle brand on a global stage.
- Ability to travel frequently within Türkiye and internationally.
- Source, develop, and convert group sales opportunities across luxury leisure groups, corporate retreats, weddings, and incentives
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with international agencies, local DMC’s and event planners
- Prepare tailor-made proposals that reflect Avantgarde Refined’s silent luxury positioning, and negotiate contracts with precision and integrity
- Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, F&B, and Events teams to ensure seamless handover and flawless execution
- Represent Avantgarde Refined at international trade shows, roadshows, and PR activations, embodying the brand’s voice and philosophy
- Monitor luxury hospitality trends and competitor activities, providing insights to support commercial strategy
- Meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the essence of refined hospitality
