- Design, map, and optimize business processes in line with strategic objectives.
- Lead process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile etc.
- Act as a process owner and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and drive solutions.
- Monitor KPIs to measure process performance and ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 8+ years of experience in process management, process design, or operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with process improvement tools (Signavio etc) and frameworks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Having a strong appetite for understanding different workflows and processes within different channels
- Great communication and presentation skills including attractive presentation preparations
- Fluent English both in writing and speaking to sustain periodical update meetings with Vodafone Group.
