Lead cultural maturity journey through the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) deployment (visual controls, process standardization, leader standard work, Gemba walks, manning strategy, daily accountability, process checks and CI for everyone). Provide regular status updates to the senior leadership team. Direct problem-solving activities and coordinate corrective action plans for production problems. Plan and assist in designing strategies to improve positive employee relations and increase overall engagement. Coordinate and mentor the VSMs between the plants to identify best strategies to reduce the non-value-added activities between the plants. Support the achievement of Plant Cost Out goals as established by Profit Plan. Manage and update Cost-out hooper and pipeline to support the business goals. Participate in the process of obtaining certification and recertification of ISO 9001, ISO 14000, etc. Facilitate Strategy deployment events and cadence meetings. Higher Education as an Industrial Engineer/Manufacturing Engineer/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer is required. Between 4 and 6 Years of experience in a similar position. Capital expenditure (CapEx) projects expertise is highly preferred. Project Management experience is required. Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques - i.e. value stream mapping, one piece flow, etc. Experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence in a manufacturing Environment. Six Sigma green/Black Belt Certification is a big plus. Strong interpersonal and planning skills with proven ability to lead change through both direct and indirect (influencing) abilities. Can effectively and comfortably speak to different levels of the organization; senior leaders to the factory floor. Understanding of problem solving methodologies used in determining root cause and formulating corrective action(s) - i.e. thought maps, 8D, root cause analysis, Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis, Gage R & R, control charts, Pareto charts, etc. Proficiency in Microsoft 365. Knowledge of industry and customer specific quality processes (i.e., ISO9001 etc). Proficiency in MiniTab; knowledge of Computer Aided Design / Computer Aided Manufacturing. Knowledge of Six Sigma concepts and tools as they relate to minimizing process / product variability - i.e. regression analysis, hypothesis testing, etc. Language capability of both Turkish and English at fluent level.
