If you are passionate to work in a project based role then this role is just for you!WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BEDefine project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and other stakeholdersDevelop detailed project plans to track progress, identify risks and issues, and ensure timely completion of assigned projectsManage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple concurrent projects, including resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, and status reportingServe as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and ensuring alignment with overall business goalsMonitor and report on project KPIs, SLAs, and other performance indicators to ensure successful delivery against defined success criteriaEscalate project risks and issues to senior management in a timely manner for resolutionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution of project tasks and deliverablesIdentify and implement process improvements to optimize project efficiency and qualityConduct post-project reviews to document successes, lessons learned, and best practices for future referenceMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments to inform project planning and executionStay abreast of changes in project management methodologies and tools, and recommend/implement new solutions as neededWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEEDExperiences & QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, project management or related field5+ years experince leading large-scale projects from inception to completionProven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budgetStrong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (JIRA, MS Project, Basecamp, etc.)Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize accordinglyFluency in in EnglishSkillsExceptional Stakeholder ManagementCritical Thinking & Attention to DetailProblem SolvingData Driven Decision MakingForecastingRisk ManagementLeadershipYou are energized by delivering fantastic results.
