- Track “Box Ready” shipments and take necessary actions to move them to the next stage.
- Monitor daily shipments from supplier partners.
- Plan and track internal logistics activities.
- Organize external logistics operations (courier, cargo, etc.).
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery process of packages to customers.
- Prepare export document sets and share them with customs partners.
- Track and report shipments of imported orders.
- Prepare import documentation according to customs declarations and submit them to the customs firm.
- Ensure smooth coordination with customs firms until import and export declarations are closed.
- Maintain communication with production partners and customers when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional and sectoral experience.
- Proficiency in import/export operations and customs processes.
- Minimum B1 level English proficiency.
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, and ERP systems.
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
