Here, you'll do more than join something - you'll add something! We are looking for an outstanding lawyer to join EMEIA International Legal's Eastern Europe/Türkiye/Israel team. As part of our team, you'll support the wider legal function and other partners on local law issues, enabling Apple's business. You'll be challenged to apply your legal expertise creatively to a wide range of issues, with often unexplored areas of law. You will also play an important part in the expansion of Apple's products and services in the region. This unique role offers you the opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects that are at the edge of creativity.DescriptionCollaborating closely with the legal department's subject-matter experts and advising a diverse range of partners, you will possess comprehensive legal knowledge in addressing various business-related issues pertaining to Apple. You will have a strong eye for business, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to navigate tasks with lots of uncertainties, and work with multiple collaborators. You'll approach your work with a mindset that prioritises the business, while simultaneously managing legal risks. You must bring a high level of motivation, proactivity, and collaboration, enabling you to continuously learn and develop a deep understanding of any issues that may impact Apple's business. Additionally, you must demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic work environment, and adjust your communication style to suit your audience. You may be required to engage with regulators and policymakers to support and advocate for Apple's business in the region. Soft skills are key to your success in this role including - but not limited to - critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration and networking. Travel is essential.Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor of Law (or equivalent) qualification.
Bar admission in Türkiye.
8-10 years proven experience at an international law firm and/or in-house at a multinational company.
Expertise and understanding of laws and regulations in Türkiye.
Fluent in Turkish and English, written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in emerging markets and/or European Union laws/regulations
Experience working with government agencies, regulators and other partners in the region.
