- Support digital project analysis, testing, and implementation of digital platforms, dealer automation systems, and internal portals; manage ERP integration projects; coordinate with vendors when necessary
- Analyze current business workflows, document requirements, develop process improvement proposals, and ensure alignment with sales and marketing teams
- Create functional/technical documentation, interpret business needs into technical requirements, and organize project meetings and follow-ups
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports using Excel, Hot Spot, etc.; analyze sales, stock, dealer, and campaign data; perform data cleaning and validation
- Prepare and execute test scenarios, collect user feedback, support system improvements, and create user guides and training materials
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis & digital project management
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Native-level proficiency in Turkish
- Advance knowledge of MS Office applications and data analysis & reporting (Excel, Hot Spot)
- Strong analytical and problem solving & negotiation skills, communication skills and high sense of responsibility
- Collaborative team player with strong time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of energy and self-motivation to manage complex multinational tasks
- Resides in İstanbul Anatolian side is preferred
