- Bring the financial lens to commercial discussions and business decisions by actively participating in regular commercial meetings and advising the business regarding financial impacts of commercial decisions
- Provide financial insights to Commercial leads on short-mid-long term challenges and opportunities
- Provide commercial management with analytical support and the information needed to capitalize on growth and business improvement opportunities
- Ensure alignment on business priorities with commercial leads and follow-up on execution
- Assist with the preparation of the most important priorities and objectives in alignment with Commercial Lead
- Build and maintain meaningful business critical metrics to accurately measure VC's business performance
- Support business with effective financing and hedging solutions
- Report on Business Performance: Analysis of results and explanation of main variances; build Executive Presentations
- Coordinate forecasting and planning / budgeting and for the business' operations, more specifically:
- o Forecasting:
- Maintain monthly forecast files including P&L and OPWC
- Partner with business' managers to explain variances and improve quality of forecast
- o § Annual Plan (Expenses and Capex only):
- Contribute to developing the business' annual business plan
- Ensure analysis and reporting on performance against annual plan
- Identify and capture opportunities around Balance Sheet management
- Ensure effective SG&A costs management and control
- Participate in project development, i.e. CAPEX and M&A, ensuring alignment with strategy and financials returns
- Assist in the development of financial models to support growth opportunities for Bunge's business
- Assist with project applications for submission to Senior Management to support investment proposals
- Act as a change agent for global ground-breaking projects
- Act as primary Finance point of contact; channel and facilitate business needs to respective global functions
- Work closely with treasury and credit teams to provide effective solutions and support and develop business in dynamic environment
- Enable and support priorities of global functions and leverage their functional expertise
- Ensure fluid and proactive communication and alignment between the business and global functions
- Actively identify continuous improvement opportunities and align global functions to secure dedication and actions to address them
- University degree in business, finance, accounting, agricultural economics, or a related subject area
- confirmed experience in a Finance leadership roles
- Solid knowledge of financial performance analysis techniques and a good understanding of Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and other finance functions
- Strong presentation skills; experience presenting to Senior Stakeholders and the use of MS tools aligned
- Fluency in English and Turkish; strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in agribusiness and edible oils processing and manufacturing
- Experience on Consulting / audit company leading medium-sized projects or audit mandates in a multinational environment, and / or proven working experience in project management
- Experience with SAP, OneStream, Hyperion and Business Warehouse
