Compliance Manager (Law Background)

• Develop and implement robust Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes, including continuous monitoring activities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Design and deliver legal and compliance training programs, and manage internal compliance communications.
• Initiate and lead compliance-related projects to support regulatory adherence and operational integrity.
• Maintain a strong understanding of data protection laws and regulations, particularly the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of data processing activities, including the maintenance of a data protection register.
• Monitor regulatory changes and contribute to the development and execution of the compliance monitoring program.
• Identify and define necessary measures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Evaluate organizational risks and compliance gaps through established assessment frameworks, analyze the potential business impact of emerging threats, and recommend effective controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance.
• Deep knowledge in areas such as data protection, AML, anti-corruption, anti-trust, anti-bribery, and CFT (counter-financing of terrorism).
• At least 3 years of team management experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
• Industry experience in betting/gaming, finance, or e-commerce is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment, with flexibility in working hours.
• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Creative and strategic mindset with a strong sense of initiative.
