- Proven experience in media or tech sales experience,
- Proven record of exceeding digital revenue targets at an established media owner or agency,
- Digital trading and price negotiation experience as well as inventory pricing both on a campaign and upfront basis,
- Content sales experience, particularly selling sponsorships on social video platforms,
- Excellent oral and communication skills in English,
- Solid IT skills and knowledge of necessary software applications including,
- Pipedrive, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other statistical analysis software,
- Experience working with CRM tools,
- Proven ability to deliver results against sales targets.
- Proactively pitch and introduce our services to all actors,
- Establish, grow, and maintain strong relationships with customers,
- Support sales strategy and marketing initiatives,
- Manage sales pipeline and weighted revenue forecasts,
- Define, deliver, and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets,
- Work with operations team to provide customers expectations and find solutions for them,
- Create high impact sales decks and collateral.
