
HR Employee Central Analyst

- Maintain and regularly update employee records in Employee Central (SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and alignment with internal policies and legal requirements
- Generate and prepare HR reports, dashboards, presentations, and internal/external communications as needed
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and actively monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery
- Provide technical support to employees and HR teams regarding system integration issues, user errors, and troubleshooting needs
- Act as the first point of contact for queries related to recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth end-to-end execution
- Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in matters related to employee transfers, organizational changes, and compensation adjustment
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams during system upgrades, data analyses, and cross-functional process improvements
- Implement and manage digital HR tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and maximizing user efficiency
- Deliver training sessions and ongoing support to HR team members on the effective use of HR technologies and platforms
- Stay informed on the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in HR digital transformation, continuously identifying opportunities for process optimization and system enhancement
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Human Resources or a similar function
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Arabic is preferred
- Willingness to relocate to or currently residing in Istanbul
- Availability for on-site work
- Preferable experience in working with SAP & SF
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Excellent communication and reporting skills; with the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
