Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs Manager

- Ensure compliance of all HCB products with applicable local and international regulations (e.g., KKDIK, SEA, Cosmetics Regulation, CLP, REACH).
- Conduct and document safety assessments for both finished goods and raw materials in accordance with local and EU regulations.
- Prepare and manage regulatory dossiers, product notifications (e.g., UTS, EBS), and labeling conformity.
- Act as the regulatory contact with relevant authorities such as the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Trade.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Global Regulatory Affairs to ensure timely and compliant product launches.
- Monitor legislative changes and emerging regulatory trends, proactively assess impact, and implement necessary actions.
- Manage safety data sheets (SDS), regulatory statements, and declarations.
- Oversee product claims and substantiation processes to ensure alignment with advertising and competition laws.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of regulatory experience, preferably in the FMCG or chemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of chemical regulations and compliance procedures.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
