- Lead the ideation, development, and management of digital banking products and services, including mobile banking apps, online banking platforms, foreign trade solutions,
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use these insights to drive product strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and operations, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and seamless user experiences that meet customer expectations and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, user data, and market insights to inform product decisions, drive product optimization, and identify opportunities for new product development.
- Define and track key performance metrics and generate regular reports to assess product performance, identify areas for improvement, and communicate product updates to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the digital banking space, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging to drive product adoption and customer acquisition.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, to ensure successful product integration and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on digital banking solutions
- Strong knowledge of digital banking trends, technologies, and emerging solutions, such as mobile banking, digital wallets, open banking, and personalized banking experiences.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements related to digital banking.
- Solid understanding of user experience design principles and ability to translate customer needs into user-friendly and engaging digital solutions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data-driven insights to make informed product decisions and measure success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset, with a track record of delivering successful digital products that meet or exceed business goals.
