We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Product Manager for our client operating in the new generation digital banking industry.As a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of banking by driving the development and management of innovative digital products and services.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in product management within the banking or financial services sector, with a focus on new generation digital banking solutions.Responsibilities:
  • Lead the ideation, development, and management of digital banking products and services, including mobile banking apps, online banking platforms, foreign trade solutions,
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use these insights to drive product strategy and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and operations, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and seamless user experiences that meet customer expectations and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, user data, and market insights to inform product decisions, drive product optimization, and identify opportunities for new product development.
  • Define and track key performance metrics and generate regular reports to assess product performance, identify areas for improvement, and communicate product updates to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the digital banking space, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging to drive product adoption and customer acquisition.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, to ensure successful product integration and collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on digital banking solutions
  • Strong knowledge of digital banking trends, technologies, and emerging solutions, such as mobile banking, digital wallets, open banking, and personalized banking experiences.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements related to digital banking.
  • Solid understanding of user experience design principles and ability to translate customer needs into user-friendly and engaging digital solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data-driven insights to make informed product decisions and measure success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset, with a track record of delivering successful digital products that meet or exceed business goals.
  • Passion for innovation and a keen interest in staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in the digital banking industry.
