Type of contract: PermanentAs a Demand Planner, you will have the following responsibilities;

Professional coffee& machine & all accesories planning , more than 300 Stock Keeping Unit & approximately 25 Limited Edition Stock Keeping Unit yearly.
Actively and constructively participates and prepare needed presentations for Monthly Business Planning,Operational Master Plan and Dynamic Forecast processes and wekkly & monthly sales review meetings with channels managers.
Manage the relationship and effective flow of information between the Demand and Supply Planning function and internal business partners such as Finance & Accounting, Sales Channels, Marketing Team, Headquarter Demand Planners, Headquarter Functions.
Develop and implement the supply plan by applying best practices, improving processes, analysing sales history and data.
Ensure that inputs from Marketing and Sales events, other external / internal trends and influences which impact sales are captured in demand plan.
Communicate weekly stock alert (Low stock & Stock out) to local departments.
Analyzing Operational Master Plan data
Analyzing the dispatch plan received from Headquarter.
Manage Events in close relationship with local departments (Limited editions, new products launches, phase out of products, promotions or special events)
Manage demand planning for a specific category when requested (analyze baselines, events, impactors, uplifts,)

Which profile are we looking for?

Bachelor's or master's degree
Minimum 3-4 years experience in Demand & Supply Plannning
Ability to perform in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and correct prioritization
Fluent in English
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
