- Organizing marketing plans, to ensure that they are implemented in the field and to report them in order to reach the targets of the category under its responsibility.
- Lead a cross-functional team to carry out strategies for advertising, packaging, and promotions while keeping an eye on operational efficiency.
- Will be responsible for the development of lead category 4P strategy and tactics. Execution of annual 4P plan, tracking and reporting of KPI's
- Enabling sales team with relevant tools & toolkits for enabling Sales figures of the brand
- Developing channel specific ideas / promotions to be ahead of competition
- Understanding the needs of customers and shoppers alongside with their profile
- Support to analysis of channels/customers position, working together with Sales Team to recommend in-store action aimed at strengthening brands' position within categories.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide tools & toolkits for enabling Sales figures of the brand & portfolio
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to boost market share and brand growth.
- Implement brand activations in alignment with global and local market needs.
- Analyse competitor activities and market trends to refine trade marketing strategies.
- Min. 1 year category / channel trade marketing experience experience in FMCG companies
- Advanced English communication skills
- Experienced in fields such as budget and planning, reporting standards
- Experience in multi-cultural business environment
- Strong technical skills, analytical thinking, accurate follow-up and planning skill
