Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS"Job DescriptionAssist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and presentation of dishes in the assigned sectionEnsure all mise en place is completed on time and to a high standardMaintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all timesFollow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards strictlySupport the kitchen team during service to ensure smooth operationsMonitor inventory levels and report shortages to senior chefsContribute to the development of new dishes and menu items when requiredEnsure consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentationAdhere to company policies, kitchen procedures, and safety regulationsQualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a professional kitchenCulinary diploma or relevant vocational training (preferred)Good knowledge of basic cooking methods and kitchen operationsAbility to work efficiently under pressure and multitaskStrong teamwork and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityFlexibility with work schedules, including weekends and holidaysUnderstanding of food hygiene and health & safety standardsAdditional InformationYour team and working environment:Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:
