- Coordinating SuccessFactors data to be complete and up-to-date
- Control and tracking of SuccessFactors permission entries
- Ensuring the control of SGK entry-exit declarations
- Coordination of employee personal file control and KETS (e- archive) scans
- Follow-up of job entry "pdks" cards
- Taking part in employee document requests, controlling and system development processes
- HCM payroll system tracking, overtime control
- System development duties in all operational processes
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel affairs, payroll, SGK
- Good team player with strong communication skills
- Analytical thinker, result-oriented, high achiever, strategic thinker, good team player, high sense of responsibility, proactive and practical thinker
- Result-oriented and problem solver
- Preferably, have knowledge of Meyer and SuccessFactors
