Country Manager – UPS SCS Turkey

- Lead and manage the SCS Turkey organization in alignment with regional and global strategies.
- Drive business development initiatives to grow market share across target sectors.
- Manage full P&L for the country, ensuring financial targets and KPIs are met.
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with UPS standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team across operations, sales, customer service, and support functions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Represent UPS SCS in industry forums and local government agencies as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of the Turkish logistics market and regulatory environment.
- Proven track record in P&L management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Turkish.
- Willingness to travel if required.
- Residing in Istanbul
