If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level.Job Description:As Country Manager - SCS Turkey, you will oversee all aspects of the SCS business in Turkey covering Freight Forwarding and Logistic & Distribution. You will be responsible for P&L ownership, business growth, operational excellence, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. This is a high-impact leadership role that demands strategic thinking, executional discipline, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the SCS Turkey organization in alignment with regional and global strategies.
Drive business development initiatives to grow market share across target sectors.
Manage full P&L for the country, ensuring financial targets and KPIs are met.
Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with UPS standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team across operations, sales, customer service, and support functions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Represent UPS SCS in industry forums and local government agencies as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of the Turkish logistics market and regulatory environment.
Proven track record in P&L management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Turkish.
Willingness to travel if required.
Residing in Istanbul
