Financial Controlling Lead / Manager, Consumer Products

- In charge of holistic P&L and profit management
- Being a business partner to commercial teams to develop and build strong relationship and ensuring that being fully involved in their financials
- Ensuring that reporting is on time and accurate, and monitor monthly trade spent to ensure correct accrual bookings at month end
- Monitoring the management of several areas of management/activity (commercial, industrial, Brands, procurement, supply chain, etc.)
- Managing complex, multi-faceted projects, systems in order to optimize the costs and efficacy of actions undertaken in accordance with the standards and good practices set down by Internal Control by maintaining constant links with his/her contacts (e.g. customer benefits, value analysis, cost analysis, POS advertising, CSV etc.)
- Have a key role for monthly closing and reporting process within the division in line with the policies and deadlines of the Group
- 4 years' university degree and excellent communication skills in English
- Min 7 years of experience in controlling/ financial audit, preferably in FMCG sector
- Strong analytical problem solving & negotiation skills
- Advanced level of MS Office Applications
- Team management experience
