We're looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications that drive innovation and efficiency across our global operations.In this role, you'll combine deep technical expertise with leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, shape solution architecture, and ensure successful project execution. You'll work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.QualificationsEssential Requirements:

Proven experience in end-to-end development and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Strong proficiency in:

C#/.NET for custom development
JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS for UI customization
Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
RESTful APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub
Solid understanding of security best practices (Azure AD, OAuth, RBAC)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Desirable Requirements:

Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-600, MB-400, MB-300, MB-500)
Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service and Power Pages
Familiarity with PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) development
Development using Microsoft Copilot Studio
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management principles
