- Manage the respective product portfolio (existing and new products) including commercialization, market growth, profitability tracking and go-to-market plans
- Coordinate whole product lifecycle by interacting with production, R&D, sales, logistics and finance departments for assigned category
- Implement product and pricing strategies in alignment with Regional / Global Marketing
- Based on data analytics, understand consumer/shopper insights competitive trends and key portfolio benefits to best position our branded products to serve consumers. Provide constant feedback to Regional and Global Teams.
- Recommend go-to-market trade/shopper marketing elements including retailer product assortment, pricing, and merchandising (both, in-store and online)
- Planning and management of trade marketing activities
- Preparation of marketing plans for assigned category in collaboration with budget planning.
- Management of communications with sales team and all strategic partners to ensure marketing objectives are met
- Market research analysis and planning of necessary actions in line with market conditions
- Monitoring end-user enquiry
- Interacts with corporate brand, digital and communication, regional marketing, sales, procurement, R&D, artwork, consumers, retail customers, agencies.
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university in Engineering, Marketing / Business or related field.
- Advanced level of Turkish and English is a must
- Entry position with up to 3 years job experience in the field of Marketing (preferably in FMCG)
- Experience in supervising outside vendors and agencies
- Experience and proven record in trade marketing / POS management
- Use and understanding of IRI / Nielsen data and any relevant market analytics tools
- Understanding of KPIs and P&L
