As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engage customers, and support our business goals.

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
Manage and optimize our social media presence, creating engaging content and monitoring performance
Implement SEO strategies to improve our website’s organic search rankings
Create and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation and list segmentation
Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports using various analytics tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, recommending new approaches to improve our marketing efforts
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed
Contribute to the development of marketing materials and assets for digital campaigns

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies
Proficiency in social media management and advertising platforms
Experience with email marketing systems and data segmentation
Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in digital marketing tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with a passion for staying current with digital marketing trends
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on efficiency and organization
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
