- Manage the sales and marketing processes of industrial food additives and raw materials produced in our new facility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with target customer segments, including flavor manufacturers, beverage companies, and distributors
- Focus on selling products such as gum arabic and other key food ingredients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally
- Represent the company at relevant trade shows, customer visits, and industry events
- Prepare sales reports and performance analyses in line with company targets
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of industrial food additives
- Proven background in selling to flavor houses and beverage manufacturers
- Hands-on experience with gum arabic or similar functional ingredients
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Willingness and flexibility to travel both in Turkey and abroad
- Experience in working with distributor channels is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills
