Execute finance and controlling tasks, including P&L management and month-end closing.
Support financial reporting, ensuring compliance with tax, US GAAP, and Local GAAP.
Provide financial training and consulting to non-finance staff to enhance awareness and accountability.
Manage documentation and official approvals/signatures.
Collaborate with operational teams, offering financial insights and problem-solving support.
Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Prior finance/controlling experience preferred.
Strong command of finance and accounting principles.
Experience with SAP, Excel (mandatory), and Power BI.
Proven ability to manage complex problem-solving situations.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
