- At least 5 Years of experience in Retail/Merchandising operations, Regional Franchise Manager Role,
- Having advanced of written and spoken English Language,
- Experience in export sales, and Foreign Law issue,
- No restrictions on international travel,
- Able to use Microsoft Office programs at an advanced level,
- Experienced in team management and motivation,
- Developed and able to use presentation, reporting and debate skills effectively,
- Result oriented, analytical thinking and communication ability,
- No Travel restrictions,
- Able to drive actively.
- Taking initiatives by following the sector in order to provide franchise partnership opportunities,
- Participating in negotiations on behalf of company in new partnership requests within the framework of company principles and standards,
- Determining the targets and working order to realize the sales budget of the stores,
- To Follow expansion potentials and new locations opportunities in countries and present them to the management,
- Supporting commercial and legal negotiations with investors,
- Providing support in store opening organisations by collaborating with the operations department,
- Ensuring coordination of new store opening processes and compliance with the targeted Schedule,
- Preparing the annual sales budget of the stores in the region and presenting it to the management ,
- Following the market and market trends for which he/she is responsible in line with competitor analysis and providing feedback to the relevant department and management,
- Visit the stores in your area: Determining and monitoring action steps to increase sales performance in order to meet store needs and achieve sales targets of stores,
- To cooperate effectively with all units of the company, especially Law And Finance.
