- The Technical project specialist (2 years contractor) is responsible for providing process technical support to third parties in the emerging markets region.
- This position will work on deviation investigations, improvement projects, optimization of processes.
- Will also lead complex investigations and lead local source change implementations.
- Will also participate in multidisciplinary meetings with the international team, plan and execute small-scale experiments, develop and review technical documentation, and conduct bibliographic research.
- Will work in compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality policies, and follow good project management practices.
- Plan, execute, and control technical projects, monitoring activities with different areas, including the international team in the emerging markets region.
- Provide analytical guidance and/or oversight for investigations, and improvement projects.
- Prepare and review technical documentation of projects (e.g., TPP, TIP, process protocols and reports, validation, etc.).
- Conduct bibliographic research of technical and analytical information in reference literature and scientific articles.
- Develop protocols, reports, and general laboratory justifications/assessments, when applicable.
- Work with different products simultaneously in different stages of study, optimizing analytical processes, to meet established deadlines.
- Coordinate technical projects in accordance with good project management practices.
- Have good relationship with different areas, at different hierarchical levels, with multidisciplinary teams for delivery of technical projects.
- Ensure good documentation practices for all experiments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the product process robustness initiative with the assessment and monitoring of local products.
- Degree in Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy, Engineer or related field.
- Fluency in English.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in solid oral dosage and ointment manufacturing.
- Desirable (but not limited to) Master’s or Postgraduate degree in business, Project Management, technical area, or related field.
- Experience in problem-solving and problem-solving tools.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to adhere to deadlines to meet project milestones.

- Experience in the preparation of protocols, reports, and general technical documentation..
- Knowledge in GMP preparation of regulatory documentation.
- Experience in participating in projects, meeting schedules, and preparing pertinent documentation.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Excellent teamwork, and ease to navigate different areas, groups, and work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience leading workstream groups in technical transfers.
- Demonstrated ability to work with academic institutions or private laboratories to contract specific services.e
- Technical / Professional Knowledge: Having achieved a satisfactory level of skills/knowledge in the area of formulation development and/or technical and professional analysis laboratory; keeping up with current trends and developments in this area.
