CRM and Pricing Excellence Manager

- Responsible of managing CRM and CRM Tools (Responsible from all Share Cloud, CPQ, DXQB, MCMn, DX Pricing Admin related issues, updates, coordinating TR teams)
- Follow up Sales opportunities and data quality weekly and lead Sales Funnel meeting monthly
- Responsible for increasing funnel quality, market transparency, and coverage in alignment with the global strategic plan
- Solve ad-hoc OSC related issues, escalate issues and create SHARP ticket if needed.
- Ensure data accuracy in Partner Performance dashboard (Funnel Performance, KPIs, PTA achievement, etc.) and send correction requests when necessary
- Developing pricing strategies based on the historical market prices and market trends in coordination with the Business Manager and Product Managers
- Providing quotes to Bid Office by utilizing pre-set pricing strategies in coordination with Sales and Marketing teams
- Working closely with Sales and Distributors to ensure that quote requests are submitted with all required information. Guide to ensure understanding of business requirements for quote requests
- Coordinating workflow across all involved teams to execute pricing activities including periodical meetings
- Performing regional escalations when necessary
- Proven 3-5 years of experience in the related field is preferred
- University degree from a reputable university
- Diagnostics laboratory experience is preferred
- Very good command of English
- Very good command of MS Office Applications
- Analytical thinking, result and quality-oriented approach and good communication skills are required competencies
- Broad knowledge of markets (in general, customers, competitors)
- Ability to motivate and work well with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think strategically, as well as the ability to decide reasonable and smart pricing.
- Ability to master details and adapt to changes.
