- Interprets contract language to understand the risks, rights, and responsibilities of the project teams.
- Participates in contract negotiation strategy.
- Managing the project in cooperation with the project team and making the necessary reporting in order to ensure that the project is realized within the specified scope, budget, and Schedule.
- Planning and taking action regarding the contractual obligations to be fulfilled.
- Provides support and guidance to the business in the review of contract documents, bids, and proposals,
- Processes new contracts into the contract tracking system,
- Reviews and analyzes contract management records to provide technical advice or project control guidance for the purposes of limiting exposure or protecting the Company from additional risks due to changes and claims.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required,
- At least 3 years of experience within Contract Management and/or Sales-/Project handling or legal function within industrial business,
- Excellent command in spoken and written English,
- Experience with complex scheduling, cost control processes, claims/change preparation, and dispute resolution procedures required.
